• Standard Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
• Next Day orders are processed on same business day if the order is placed by 1PM EST. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next business day.
• During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may increase. 

UPS Delivery Days
For standard 3 Day shipping and Next Day shipping, UPS will deliver your package between Monday – Friday.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may have increased delivery times

Shipments to Puerto Rico will arrive VIA USPS (Priority).  Next Day shipping option is not available

Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for the billing address)

APO/FPO Military Addresses - To our military personnel, we appreciate your service! All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are in unused and original condition. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or exchanges on FINAL SALE items.

For purchases made after July 1, 2020, the normal 30 day return policy will be in effect. We will monitor to determine whether additional changes to the return policy are warranted. Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow 3 - 5 days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.

Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
e. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. Pandora cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method. Address for returns should be mailed to:

f. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)
g. Returns will be processed within 4 weeks of receipt of your item(s) by Pandora due to additional quarantine on returns due to COVID-19. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3-5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
